This is a really sturdy little workbench built with heavy metal legs and members. What I really like is that it had an adjustable height (I have it as high it goes for my 6' 1" frame it is just the right height. The leveling feet are very high quality as well. The particle board top is reinforced underneath (can't see it in photo) with a metal frame similar to the cross-member on the back. This will help prevent sagging and warping - very nice feature. This is going to out live me by a long-shot.

Three other points:
1. This was one of best packaged items I have received in years. FedEx ground wasn't able to damage it at all.

2. There were no assembly instructions (they know us guys don't read 'em anyway), but there was plenty of hardware. I just came here and looked at the photo again.

3. The shipping is a set rate computed by Amazon, not by the seller. I contacted the seller and they refunded about half of it. In my case they just had to ship it 60 miles. I would have been willing to go pick it up if he hadn't reduced the price.
