Product Description

The Standard Gage 07734003 LCD electronic height gauge has a measurement range of 0” - 12 /0 - 300 mm, an LCD digital readout precise to 0.0005 �/0.01 mm, with + or - 0.00157� /0.04 mm of accuracy, and RS-232C data output to transmit results to a computer for statistical process control (SPC).

This height gauge has an electronic microprocessor providing the ability to hold a measurement at any position, to set a temporary zero position and return to a true zero reading, and to convert between standard inch units and metric, and to absolute value . The RS-232C output port transmits results to a computer through an interface cable (not included) for statistical process control (SPC). The scriber, used to mark a position on a workpiece, is 15.7 mm x 75 mm (H x W), carbide-tipped for hardness and to help prolong life, and is held to the gauge by a screw clamp for fastening ease. A calibrated screw mechanism supports fine, uniform slider adjustments. The grip-base helps hold the unit in position by hand. The unit comes with a protective case, a CR2032 battery, and an inspection report./p>
