American Standard 2835.128.020 Cadet-3 FloWise Right Height Elongated Two-Piece Toilet with High Efficiency, White Review

Tall, comfortable toilet (I am 6'4"). The only thing you need to install it is a wax ring (sold separately), and a wrench. It self cleans nicely, quiet. On issue we had with it was it would seem to not shut off and would run. It didn't leak, but was 'leaking' into the reservoir. The fix, we just adjusted the float from the default down a little bit (there is a Phillips head sort-of twisty think that the float attaches to, took about 30 seconds of looking at it). I wish I had a reason to throw out my other toilet, but this one replaced an ancient very short on. My shorter wife (about 5'9") thinks it is comfortable, so the height isn't a detractor.

This hammer has been very useful for the project that I'm doing (breaking out a rockwall footing. It weighs about 90 lbs. so it isn't easy to lift, but that's what's needed to break rock and cement. It's electric so no compressor is needed. It was about $200 cheaper than Home Depot and it came with 2 pointed and two wedge chisels as part of the package. I paid about $80 to rent the same thing for just one day, and I needed this to be available when I'm ready to use it because I couldn't run it all day. I got tired after about 2 hours. The rental would have cost me way too much over time. Travel time to the store over several weeks would have taken a big toll on my time and my patience.

Hoists are mechanical devices that use relatively small amounts of force to lift, lower, and move heavy loads. This is pretty much what I needed. The quality seems to be there as far as I can tell.
Its much smaller than I thought it would be. Which is a good thing as long as it has the 500# of pull.
It also comes with an individual serial numbered load rating certification. I guess in case you need it for industrial use.
I may buy a few more since its so compact. Pretty much the size of my fist if you don't include the chain.
