The reel looked useful. I ordered it. The instructions called for a spring to protect the hose where it attaches to the reel. No spring was included. The seller couldn't supply the spring and the manufacturer wouldn't. They did offer to exchange the whole thing for a new one, but it was much easier just to find a suitable spring in my spare parts box than to disassemble, repack and ship. Manual leveling feature works O.K.
