I have had this thing running for a couple weeks and it works great. I havent tried the dim feature yet. The ballast stays cool with the built in fan.The hood is a perfect size and has a removeable glass sheild. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that it did not come with any bulbs! The picture is def. misleading! Bulbs are not cheap, thats why I like these internet deals that come with bulbs. Would have givin it 5 stars if it had bulbs.
