Heck, who would have figured toilets had improved so much.....I did not have a clue until I started researching them. I am a nurse and keeping "it" clean is very important to me. This toilet is so easy...no little nooks and crannies...just smooth sides/front. I thought I would hate the plastic toilet seat but the soft closing feature makes it worth its weight in gold!!! If you are short (like me) make sure your legs are long enough because it is taller than a standard toilet.....but as I know from nursing a 'taller seat' is much easier to sit on or get up from when you are older. The flushing part is 100% better than a standard type and is water saving at the same time.
