I was required to go to UPS to sign for and pick it up which pleased me. I had hurried home in case the driver just put it on my doorstep. I am pleased with the definition and how easy it is to use, never having used a thermal imaging camera before. I didn't purchase it for it's intended use. In the far off future I will invest in a better quality FLIR as I do see alot of matrixing but also have to say you can tell it is matrixing and not an image that was captured. I would recommend it for the non traditional use of capturing things you cannot see with the naked eye.
