Tactical black ballistic nylon belt sheath with protective insert, OD green leg ties and removable flap cover. Tops XcEST Alpha Review

This is a great survival / bushcraft knife. The knife arrived just less than hair shaving sharp. After 20 light strokes on each side of the included sharpener the knife easily shaved the hair off my forearm. It is great for processing wood for starting fires. Everything from splitting to feather sticks and using with a bow drill set. The knife has a thick blade that makes it excellent to baton wood. The additional items are great for a small easy to carry survival kit. There is room inside the handle scales for emergency fire starters. I put a few pieces of wax soaked jute twine. The saw included cut very well for its size. Because of the size of this knife/sheath emergency kit combo it is great to carry. I have mine with me everyday. I did file away the coating on a small section on the back of the blade towards the tip. This is so that I could use the knife to strike a ferro rod. Overall a great knife.
